A few of us have done this mod, I did mine months ago and well worth the mod imo, mind dont panic when you see them flash when you first start up in the dark, its normal as they are LED's and on self test Thumbs Up If it dont work.......burn it!

If the IId tool cant fix it.......burn the FF.

If the FF cant be fixed......buy a Land Cruiser!

If the LC cant be fixed..............................................BUY a horse !!

I used these,

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/321497381276?_tr...EBIDX%3AIT

And while they are a tight fit to get the bulb in to the light, they do fit, and they work really well. And the best bit is they are really cheap, like me Very Happy
The main thing to remember is to check the the bulb works before you put it all back together, cos they only work 1 way round, and it's a pain to remove the lights again. Oh and 1 handy tip is have a 5 year old to hand to undo the plastic nut that holds the off side light in, failing that have a box of bandaids handy and a mobile phone in your pocket, should the need to phone the Fire Brigade for removal of FFRR from hand arise Rolling with laughter Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Another tip is DONT what ever you do is drop the plastic wing nut when taking off or refitting as its a pain to find when its sat on the plastic under tray afterwards....... Whistle Wink If it dont work.......burn it!

If the IId tool cant fix it.......burn the FF.

If the FF cant be fixed......buy a Land Cruiser!

If the LC cant be fixed..............................................BUY a horse !!

That will be the job of a three year old!! If you've gotta pay to raise the little darlings, you might as well get your moneys worth, bring back Victoria! Wink
Oh and you'll be amazed at just how much markup can be achieved with the prefix 'Range Rover', some vendors are under the impression that we've all got more money than sense. That reminds me, I must go to the Bank and get some more £50 notes, the £20's that came from the local cashpoint just don't burn as well and they don't give off as much heat Rolling with laughter Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer...
