Did you happen to use the spare key, or was the car opened with the spare? Mine used to gain and lose time and also lose radio stations, there is a firmware update for this.

Mine is always accurate for 6 months of the year and to be honest I couldn't tell you where on the dash it is as I am too busy looking at the bong messages |

For no apparent reason (other than it is a FFRR) the analogue clock on mine decided to set off on it's own yesterday...and wouldn't stop till I pulled the fuse! Gave it ten minutes to 'have a rest', popped the fuse back in and it is behaving again? Anyone else had this strange behaviour '04 TD6 HSE Current RR L322 TDV8 VOGUE

I had a similar problem, I was stopped at some traffic lights there other day, and heard noise (one I hadn't heard with the car yet....)

Not sure about Earth2, was thinking more along the lines of a flux capacitor being fitted when it had it's last service Current RR L322 TDV8 VOGUE

Sorry, but I have to laugh about the clock. One of the first FFRR I test drive was a lovely 2004 model that had very obviously been very well taken care of. The owner proudly showed off the extensive list of features on the car and stated it was one of the most reliable of all the Range Rovers as "everything important in it was made by BMW., not Rover." In fact, he claimed, "the only British bit is this little clock here on the dash..."
