Hi, these are only about £65 from LR, so I would buy a new one, they come with mastic already applied, which makes filling easier SC 4.2, 2012 face lifted, 25K miles, 1 previous owner

If you are not sure about it pm Camtech Craig he is just up the M5 and will source and fit for you he is going to do some interior trims for me |

Email Dan @ Duckworths - got mine off him earlier this year. Apart from the wiper arms it's a doddle to change but cost me in the region of £150 delivered so not sure why some paid much less.

is this really a seal or is it just a trim, surely the glass is bonded all round |

It's just a trim. The glass is bonded to the frame. This panel does, however, come with sealant pre-applied and it does bond to the glass lightly.
