Hi, these are only about £65 from LR, so I would buy a new one, they come with mastic already applied, which makes filling easier SC 4.2, 2012 face lifted, 25K miles, 1 previous owner

Email Dan @ Duckworths - got mine off him earlier this year. Apart from the wiper arms it's a doddle to change but cost me in the region of £150 delivered so not sure why some paid much less.

Does it "buzz" at motorway speeds? Mine drove me crackers so it had to go!

Ooops, sorry - should have added - I asked for a Scuttle Panel.

is this really a seal or is it just a trim, surely the glass is bonded all round

It's just a trim. The glass is bonded to the frame. This panel does, however, come with sealant pre-applied and it does bond to the glass lightly.

I don't think it will ever be 100% water-tight but.......... having fitted my new one the water definitely runs over the top of it rather than underneath.

Other advantage is the older they get the grey'er they become - new = lovely black!
