OK the armature fitting is described in the Wiki, but what about the electrics needed for a 2010 - seems a bit to simple just plug and play after activating with IDTool - to good to be true? Geoff

Piece of cake. 13 pin plug with a mounting plate, 2 bolts and about a foot of cable which connects just to the left of the spare wheel. Easier than drinking cold beer on a hot day.

Excellent, I am drinking beer on a hot day at the moment but will be back in th UK next week with a tow-bar to fit  Geoff

As stated an easy job Geoff I would recommend buying the electrics from Dan @Duckworths or another LR parts source and whether you choose the 13pin plug or the traditional twin electrics as I did the loom plugs straight into a socket in the boot. It even comes with a fitted replacement grommet!

Electrics will work "out of the box" coding required to switch off rear parking sensors
