Heated door mirrors ?

Hello trying to get to the bottom of my door mirrors. They don't seem to hear up when I use the rear heated window. Does anyone have a wiring diagram to check to see if there is any power getting there for starters ? Thumbs Up
Steve

Perhaps just remove the glass, be brave with a wide leaver
then measure Voltage
rave has the diagrams, sure its the two black wires in the loom going to c2271 pins 6 &7 back of door switch module

Yes it does, again rave gives you some tips
Position 2 levers to lower edge of mirror glass surround, apply vertical leverage.
Continue to apply an even but constant pressure, until glass releases from mounting.

Ok guys thanks for the replies. I managed to pop the glass off.. Pretty easy really... Tested for a current and have defiantly got power going in. But 2 bits of wire and a bulb on these 2 wires. Thing is its not a constant power, it flashes.... say every 2 seconds..... Thought it would be on constantly.

open circuit means a break in the supply of power , maybe the wires are chaffed or broken? ... - .- -.

Take the glass out and test by supplying 12v if they warm then the glass is fine and the real fun begins. The two cables run in through the door behind the door card to their own connector IIRC. From there they go into the door loom and then into a whole army of cables Sad FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's
