technical bulletin to upgrade battery??

Wonder if folks can help me out.

Sometime I ago I reported to folks here about problems with my park heating / cooling not working to spec and quickly causing the "low battery level" message to come on the dash and so shut everything off despite being driven almost daily for long commutes so battery charge should not be an issue.

Well, sadly this problem still exists despite dealership investigations.

What I am being told now (after the 5th visit to fix this is that LR have issued a technical bulletin to:-

1) Upgrade the battery to 95A/h (from the 90A/h fitted - (still an AGM))...Apparently LR had an issue with their parts catalogue meaning the wrong battery was on my car originally(!!???!!!)
2) Replace a lead from the battery to the BMS
3) Update "some" software - sorry to be vague but not sure which patch.

Can someone verify if such a bulletin does indeed exist or if i am being fobbed off.

Thanks

Thanks Stan there are some similarities with that thread in 2011 and my issue (and my previous thread here)
http://www.fullfatrr.com/forum/topic18326.html

but according to the dealership this is a very recent bulletin - as in the last month or two I think.
