England 2003 Range Rover Vogue Td6 Buckingham Blue
What are these sockets for

Doing a little work in the engine bay today and came across these two sockets. I have no idea what they are for or if they should be connected anywhere.

As you can see from the pix they are by the the diesel filter.

dont qoute me but believe in hot countries theres a fan and thermostat fitted to the front of the fuel cooler. thats what the 2 plugs are for.

Both of them ?

Will have to check in rave. The rectangular plug is def for the fan for the fuel cooler as mentioned above but I thought that was the only connection it had. Could be wrong.......

If the 2 connectors look like they may be joined by a single wire, one is for the fan motor and the other the temp switch....... 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8

Just had a look at mine and I indeed have the same 2 unused connectors.

Must both be used for the fuel cooling in warmer climates then....... 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8
