I love being British and am proud of living in the UK. I like all the Countries and most of the inhabitants and enjoy visiting all corners of the UK on a regular basis. The historical mix of peoples is amazing.

We should all be proud to be citizens of the United Kingdom of Great Britain & Northern Island so why on earth should so few be able to ruin it for the huge majority who it would seem have no say in keeping their Britain Great, Big Cry

I worry that, as has been said on Disco 3 we're going to end up in some form of low level civil war, whatever the outcome Rolling Eyes

The yessers are out in force in the central belt, I can't get to work in Glasgow without seeing at least 15 yes posters on the drive in. Then when I'm in the city every street sign, pedestrian crossing, phonebox ect are covered in yes stickers Big Cry mindless vandalism in my opinion Whistle Now: BMW 640d M Sport, Alpine White
Gone: Range Rover 4.4 V8 Vogue, Zambezi Silver, Charcoal Oxford Leather
Also: Mk1 Audi TT 1.8T Quattro, Brilliant Black

@contraband, I have yet to meet a YES voter, so am not sure who they are canvassing, however I can guarantee if i drove to the poor parts tonight then I would get a YES, (no offence) Thumbs Up

As Vogue said this is the problem - the less well off and less educated (sweeping generalisation, but if you have the skills and motivation, you can get a job and will take any job) will vote Yes because they feel hard done to and are being promised things will all be much better as an independent nation.

Frankly, it's unlikly these people have the information and mental ability to weigh up all the factors (currency, debt etc) to arrive at an informed decision (somehow I doubt the Scottish equivalent of The Star is providing unbiased, in-depth coverage of the issues....probably just printing lots of photos from Braveheart...), they are just being manipulated by the media into thinking voting No is somehow anti-Scottish... 2007 Zermatt Silver TDV8 Vogue SE - now sold but was a great car!

My wife is Scottish but isn't allowed to vote as she lives in England. Drives her nuts, as it does her Dad who also isn't allowed to vote. Her, and her parents, are emphatically 'No'.

Yet an immigrant who has relatively recently domiciled in Scotland is allowed to help shape their future. It stinks!

Salmond is a lying wretch. He's on a huge ego trip and is doing this for his own reasons and not for Scotland. Si. <This is my name.

I eat rat poison.

A man ain't truly been insulted until he stands buck naked in front of a woman and she didn't even notice. Or care.
