Is there a big difference between the profiles of each individual lock nut ?
Maybe it would be worth Robert posting an image of his lock nut so the collective of the Forum could see if it matches theirs ? - got to be worth a shot ?

Robert, may be a daft question, do the french equivalent of the aa/rac not have a complete set as this is a common occurrence with locking wheel nuts, as said before I ditched mine years ago, if they want to come into my drive and jack up 2.5 tonnes for some wheels, good luck to them, the dogs would have them before the first nut was loosened

Robert, I presume the local LR you tried is Pericaud? As a thought Auto 24 at Boulazac used to be authorised LR repairers before Pericaud got the franchise. They MIGHT be a possibility if you haven't tried them. John
