You say that there is outstanding finance that will need to be settled direct. How much? Obviously this should be reflected in the price. |

In the past I have always taken that as part of the sale agreement, £X's to be paid to the finance company, Balance to the seller. Receipt reflects that agreement.

Hi mike I'm not sure I understand what you mean reflected in the price? If someone wants to buy the car they pay the monies directly to the finance company and if there is any over and above that then it gets paid to me. I have done this twice previously and both times the buyer has paid over the phone, via debit card, from my house. Then drove away. To be honest I find this safer than someone coming to my house with £30k in cash like someone wanted to do recently, sounded dodgy hence the reason it's still for sale. |

Hi Kev, The one I am looking at has RSE but not the design pack. It is very standard with tints, surround cameras, dual view, standard detachable tow bar, 20" V style alloys with new tyres, 1 owner etc FLRSH (and 2 years LR warranty negotiated). I don't want to put a link on here in case anyone tries to snap it up before I can...! I have kept a very close eye on the market over the past 3 months and have followed a few cars I would have wanted (black, MY10, Dual View, RSE) and below 70k. Mid 20's does seem about average, I went to view 2 private ones locally to get a feel for a FFRR and they were both up around £30k, following up on them they both went for under £26k (both were on Autotrader) I am not sure what the extras yours have would be valued at; for those who like it (like me) I guess a premium, to those who prefer a standard looking car then it will turn them off it with it being 'modified' in their eyes. Black on black on black is an acquired taste to some and later (post 2008) RR's do appear to sell better when totally original, but you will find the right buyer and it will go I am sure. Good luck with the sale, a great looking car. |
