Would it not count as keeping the employees sweet, the fees aren't massive from what I can see and if it helps reduce some stress on someone then I'm all for it but if they or the company still get taxed on it it kind of negates it |

Probably better to pay them a dividend based on Company profits. There is a 10% tax payment on dividends up to a max payment value of £31.865.
