If you are going to the trouble of whipping the wheels off you might as well take the pads out and re grease them, dead easy with brembos, how to in wiki There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Could always try a petrol. You don't have to worry about the fuel gauge. It's always on "E" and yes, it always needs a fill up.

Got to the garage and even though it was booked in to have the turbo hoses changed they had failed to order in the parts...... anyway they gave them a good going over and reported that they looked ok at the moment.......Have bought more of the Harris hose tape......

The shiny is not so shiny at the moment, it made it back from the 2000 mile round trip to the south of France.

We did, Dijon is a perfect stopping place, novotel dijon sud is pretty decent if no frills, but its 600 miles day 1 and 400 miles day 2. Alps are mch easier than the south. Managed geneva to derby in 8 hours, it took me that long to get from dijon down to st tropez as the traffic was a bit slow on that leg...... Rest was perfect tho. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

this might be my next trip [the med] if this one goes ok...we stop at an Ibis in Dole on the way there and a Novotel in Reims on the way back so we have plenty of time to admire the scenery ... ... - .- -.
