United Kingdom 2005 Range Rover Vogue Td6 Bonatti Grey

Used mine yesterday on a 16yr old car and im pretty sure its not had one run over it in the past as it took a while to do each panel taking my time Smile

Great invention and saves so much time. only bit that it struggled with was 16yrs worth of tar spots on the door bottoms. So out came the WD40 and a 10minute soak and they are all near enough off now Smile Passenger front door bottom needs another run to get rid of some small ones left and the sills but im please with the result! dont get me wrong i'll still keep my clay bar just incase but the mitt is certainly a good step forward and going to hand it over to a detailing friend is is still a bit on the fence about them and let him have a whirl Smile FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

Well of course I didn't 'need' a clay mit nor the buffers and shampoo bits and bobs I added to the order, but you know how it is... Razz
Can anyone recommend a product that would help me cover up/buff out a couple of scratches I caused whilst removing the bird cack from the bonnet today? I think it must have been eating a diet of sand Laughing

Can't wait to get my hands on those mitts.... Current: 2017 RR Supercharged. 5.0 V8.

The Meguiars Ultimate Compound I found to be very effective at lessening the scratches and removing swirls.

+1 on the Meguiars Ultimate Compoound recommendation. I did the whole car last weekend. Bloody tough work but results were pleasing. The best result was when I tried it on my very badly faded wing mirrors. They came up as black and looking new again. And to think I was about to shell out for some wing mirror covers.

I have to admit that following on from reading all about this "mitt", I went out and purchased one and can honestly say was very impressed and how easy it was to bring a shine back to my old series.

I have taken to practically washing the car with clay mitt. I use a dollop or two more than normal of car shampoo and use the soft side of the mitt to wash panel then flip it over to the clay side and rinse.I then towel dry car and use a spray sealant works a treat Thumbs Up Present :2008 TDV8 HSE
