DIY alloy wheel repair

Has anyone used such a kit and are they any good?

Have v slightly kerbed the rim/ lip of a wheel (not even as long as the width of your small finger nail) and it looks like it should be so easy to make gone.

Tempted to have a go and wondered if anyone has successfully done it with, eg a Halfords kit or some other ingredients?

Just trawled the net and whilst there are some good guides, with all of the ingredients people buy and the time it takes it looks more trouble than it's Wurth Wink

Probably best left to the professionals.
