I used the bottle jack on my flat tires and it works brilliantly, exactly what you need. They are indeed Merc Sprinter jacks and cheap and easy to get on the bay. With the adapter (BMW/Mini on the bay) it works great but even without it works (I didn't have it available for the flats).
