I bought one of these recently the rubber button that fits into the existing tailgate release button space. I have to say I prefer the tailgate release without the button fitted as when using it seems to become loose and I invariably have to keep refitting every time I use it |

on my td6 the cover fitted on and stayed on, but i'm having the same problem as you on my new FF.....the cover seems to be slightly over lapping the trim and gets caught very easy and then comes off..
