Strange Judder/Vibration

I recently changed a rear tyre on my TD6 and since I have there is a judder that comes under acceleration and usually when the wheel is turned slightly left, I thought it was wheel balancing so had the wheel balanced again and it's still doing it, it comes about 50 MPH and dissapears again and I sometimes feel it at slow speed when the wheel is turned a little left too.
Does anyone have any ideas?, the gearbox/transmission has already been done 10k Miles ago and it doesn't feel like its from the transmission, the car is on 20 inch wheels.

Sounds like the tyre is out of round or wheel not fitted central to me, are the wheels landrover ? tyre fitter didn't lose a spigot ring if aftermarket rims ?

It feels like it's from the nearside rear wheel, which is the one I had the tyre changed on, or it's definately from the nearside anyway, normal Land Rover wheels, their this type:

+1 I had an out of shape tyre and took forever to track it down wasted loads.
I have a set of 19 in in the garage with my winter tyres on happy to use one to see if it is a tyre problem
