I actually think this is what the rear of the facelift cayenne should have looked like instead of looking like a Hyundai Santa Fe!

The car itself looks really well but Cosmic alloy lookalikes a circa 1970's? Come on they can surely do better than that!! Should've been old enough to know better...doh!

I went to the official launch last night.. Lots of booze and food. It was well done with big screens up playing old racing videos of 911's in the 70's.. Lots of slo-mo corner shots. Anyway...

Presumably for packaging reasons (although Volvo got a 4.4 V8 into the same platform). New Hotfire engines need to be good, although in reality they can't compete with what's available in the VAG parts bin. Macan is an expensive Focus-sized family hatch with a bit of SUV thrown in for school-run trendiness. |
