Annoying clicking

Hi all ..... going mad with a rattle ...... well was going mad anyway I suppose !! .... with the rear parcel shelf down in the normal position ..... click click click, over most road surfaces other than a smooth flat road (which we don't have here) .... if I fold up the first section of the rear load cover / tray / shelf (or whatever its really called) the clicking seems to disappear (I don't think that its wishful thinking) i checked out the "squares" on the bottom of where it sits in the "track" and found one of the felt pads missing, which I replaced, thinking, now rattle ..... which it did !! & still does for that matter, any ideas anyone ?? ear defenders don't suit me by the way !!! Very best.... Brian
