Craig, my point was that my sons bmw or my wifes matiz both havnt got the reflector strips like the FF..also a large percentage of neighbours cars lack said reflective strip..so why does the FF have them and other cars dont and it happens to be a MOT requirement... ... - .- -.

They will all have reflectors Stan, most are built into the rear lights and are hard to make out |

I looked at these a while back but I was worried about the lack or rear reflectors. Ultimately the car has to be in a state it would pass an mot at any time. It you put temporary reflectors on for the mot then take them off, I would be concerned that an insurance company would question the lack of statutory reflectors in the event of someone rear-ending you when parked (I had a car written off like this a few years ago... ) Now if you could take them apart and fit the led inside the existing red reflectors, perhaps with holed for the white LEDs to shine white........ Hmmm.

Errr... Red reflective tape isn't acceptable as a rear reflector for MOT purposes. |

Some faffers on here just change if you like them and with most mods I'm sure everyone on here has told every single insure mot the changes made, I'd be very surprised if they were ever picked upon on or frowned tbh I've been in trade 35 years and very very rare things have been pulled up on _____________________________________________________
