Update,

The drivers side rear hub get warm after about 5 miles and starts to smell a bit after about 15 miles.

There is lots of fresh pad left and disc is fine.

I can easily hand push the car in either direction so its not "Locked" onto the disc. it will roll easily on the slightest gradient.

Any further ideas before I replace it/them?

Its not the Calliper Binding its the Disc that has worn so much the pad is grinding against the rusty edges!!!

Had the brakes cosmetically refurbed not so long ago so somewhat surprised I was not informed!!!!

How easy are they to replace?

Doesn't kook too bad, the pad rubbing on the rust edge of the disc will soon self correct.
You can remove most of the rust quite easily with a course file held against it and the disc turned bit at a time or with a wire brush on a power tool.
If the hub is heating I would look at the handbrake adjustment initially.

Its a manual Handbrake how do I check if its binding?
