Check your height sensors are all OK, sometimes they get "spun" around when changing a strut. Also sounds like you need to calibrate the suspension. .

Tried to calibrate last nigh and it comes up with calibration failed !!!! Was wondering about slacking the air pipes off at the valves behind the inner arches near floor to let it down as the bags are sat on top of struts / don't think you could get any more air in them if you tried ????? As the gap from to of the wheels to arch must be a good 300 mm -/+ and don't no what / if any damage could be done ????

Handbrake on / Door Open while you are trying things? This will block any changes!

Try battery disconnection procedure to "reset things" ? .

For calibration you should start off at "normal" ride height (but this may depend on the process for your particular diagnostic tool) I know with the RSW Allcoms you start at normal then the process makes the car rise to a secret height for calibration purposes. .

I changed the front two struts the other day and I keep getting off road speed notifications when it's not in off road height. But it's not every time just random.

It's adds character lol Bushy

May need a hard reset with diagnostics and re-calibration. As you are not getting any faults, it is difficult to understand what the problem is, but it does seem you have something out of configuration, for me this is pointing towards height sensors not sending the right information back. .

We'll just had another go at the car !!!! Let all air out of suspension and started again started back up car lifted to where it looked ok if any thing slightly higher at back but when I pressed the button on drivers door for access mode front of car shot up !!!! So drained air again etc restarted etc car settled as before so I put the suspension alt button on and all seems ok and stayed there !!!!! Set of down street where I live no suspension lights flashing or owt then you could air compressor cut in then front of car as lifted as high as it can go rear as stayed where it was plugged snap on tool in and showing no faults again !!!!! Could this be a electrical fault possible compressor fault etc ???????

sounds like a sensor fault. something intermittent dry joint or fractured wire in the cable?

Could be faulty valve block. Or sensors.

Obviously it's getting air, as it can lift the car, so the compressor is working ok, it seems to be staying up Albeit in the wrong configuration, so it's not leaking, so it either doesn't know what height it's at or can't stop when it gets to the correct height so maybe one of the valves is sticking which regulates the air flow to the airbags, or its not getting a signalfrom the height sensors.

I think someone on here has stripped the block down before, and rebuilt/replaced it so have a search Thumbs Up
