I use the Suck and see mirrors when pulling the van, no issues in three years. Ian |

I didn't think FFRR had colour coded paint on mirrors!! they are deliberately left in black plastic so that when you scuff them on hedges etc. the paint isn't damaged??? Current: TDV8 (3.6) RRS HSE

The suck it mirrors are fine on smooth roads like M ways but I found they came off on bumpy roads, and we have a lot of them up here.

If it's that bumpy I wouldn't want to drag my caravan along it |

I had the Milenco Grand Aero mirrors for my D4 and they were ok, quite a bit of vibration tbh but worked. They won't fit the mirrors on the FFRR comfortably so I've ordered some of the suck it and see ones. They have the added advantage of being remotely adjustable, which for me is a boon considering I sometimes have to set up alone and go back for the wife when she finishes work. Used to be a pain getting the NS mirror set up correctly. I'm sure given two clean surfaces that the sucker method would be fine.
