Current weather / floods in the south west

I am of the opinion, and I do not really care what people think of me, but I really feel that the scum who are looting the homes of people who have been flooded in Somerset should be taken out and publicly shot!

These people ( I refuse to call them animals because animals are above this) do not deserve to live!

My view is the criminal justice system in the UK is so poor that anyone can now do what ever they want without a custodial sentence. Then they get a PS4 to play all day.
It's just not right in this country anymore.This place is full of thieving scum bags.

I spent the day today volunteering by delivering sand bags to flooded homes in Chertsey and Thorpe in Surrey.
Met some great people but also heard some terrible story's of looting evacuated homes and the pikies nicking sand bags and selling them on.
