Craig, would that actually stop the car from firing up? It's now cranking but engine isn't firing up. |

Thanks Craig, I'll look into that. I'm thinking it could possibly be the fuel pump aswell? |

If the MAF was unplugged and it got you home then I'd still be considering the MAF as the problem. It's failure can result in exactly the symptoms you describe. It happened to me.
