Hi, mate of mine had a software patch installed in his Evoque a few months back and it fixed the problem. My full fat has been fine for the past 2+ months with no drop outs and I am back on UK settings.

Cheers,

Andy

Hello,

It appears the problems have gone however, if not we do have a fix out so just visit a local dealership for it to be looked at.

Many Thanks

Hi Mike,

I've got an older full fat (2006), so would the dealer charge for this?

Ta,

Andy

Hello,

The dealership would need to contact our technical team to see if a fix is out for this age vehicle as I am not 100% sure due to the age.

It would be down to the dealership if they charge or not.

Many Thanks
