LR CR will try to help you as best they can.

Worth being aware though that if you've bought an A.U RR, particularly one over 3 years old (not sure if that applies in your case or not), there might be some legal limitations as to the extent of intervention LR CR can offer, for example if buying a used car, the 'contract' is between you and the seller/ franchise holder if applicable.

That said, the involvement of LR CR can prompt Dealer Principals to act from a preserving reputation perspective. Have you escalated your grievanace(s) to the selling DP yet?

Keeping calm and focused is a good way forward too Thumbs Up

My Car is still in the 3 warranty.
it was not PID properly so I had to have work done on it straight away.
Plus there are a few other issues that need to be resolved.
Lookers PR don't seem to give a Censored so I now will have to escalate it to customer services.

We had a few issues with the PDi being exposed/ falling short (my words). It went on for months but the selling DP got involved early on and commendably ensured all was made good in the end. Geography was a down factor in our case. It wasn't Lookers we bought from.

If not already done, aside to LR CR now being notified; regardless, if it was me, I would keep charge of the momentum and ask for dialogue with/ the email address of the Service Manager who oversees the staff who undertook the PDi. You might find that between the sales team and the pre sales inspection team, each departmental manager has 'a budget' that making good on obvious oversights will be coming from. Hence you can sometimes meet aparent unwillingness to act and/ or unwillingness to accept responsibility between internal 'stakeholders'.

The relevant internal manager(s) has to be given a detailed written outline of the grievance(s) and be given the chance to make amends in the knowledge that if not, you have S.O.G.A rights and matters will be escalated to the selling Dealer Principal as the next step of escalation.

not dealt with Lookers PR with my vehicle, but from experience at other LR dealerships, a very strongly worded letter mentioning the faults and your rights under consumer law to receive something fit for purpose, the promises of the Approved Used program, sent by recorded post and copied to sales manager, after sales manager, service manager and dealer principal usually gets the attention of someone, maybe even customer relations which can sometimes help.

another member on this forum also helpfully suggested using key words like loyalty, prestige of brand, your disappointment and falling short of expectations of a marque that is supposed to be very high end.
