You could install the newer BM54 sat nav - not sure if it even needs the TV module to function, but fairly sure it needs the sat nav

According to the seller, the dealer he bought it from took it out to put into another range rover which was sold and when the bloke came to view it he just asked for the money off to do it himself but he never bothered with it..

You can bye-pass the tv tuner but to do this you have to reposition the satnav position slightly as the connecting cables aren't long enough. Although I suppose you could splice in extra cable to achieve the same result.

If I was to just refit the original modules so I can get it working, would it need to have the tv module even if I don't want to watch tv and also how much would I be looking at? |

Oops - Mk 4 - that's what I meant - it's been a while I was trying to remember why I installed a BM54 and it was so that I could get an Aux input for an iPod. |
