Who wants a heated knob?

Iv'e just been out to pick up my daughter and it's quite chilly here tonight... Had the heated seat and steering wheel on and whilst waiting for her to come out to the car i put my hand on the gear knob and it was freezing! Rolling Eyes

So, who here wants their knob warmed with their wheel?

I have the passenger face level vent pointed at my knob, which warms it nicely on a cold morning .
Experience is the only genuine knowledge, but as time passes, I have forgotten more than I can remember Wink

On my Range Rover - no.

My VX220 has an aluminium gear lever that is horrible to touch in winter. I've looked for a leather knob cover but not found one, or a suitable replacement knob made of a different material.

one could just use one's finger tips to select the relevant gear therefore avoiding a drastic temperature decrease in ones hand..
