Just had a quick look in the manual but could not find the part about switching for the continent. Is it in the handbook? If so, where? |

I have adaptive lights but I flick over when going over to France and beyond. My logic was even though they are adaptive the "throw" pattern is biased to RHD and by switching it reverses that. I.e adaptive lights or not the light pattern projection on the road is biased to RHD and LHD. I guess they wouldn't incorporate the switch otherwise |

Beam pattern, Stan. Your adaptive headlights don't know you're in Europeland.

It is in the handbook somewhere, you have to remove the cap on the back of the lights, and there is a lever in each light cluster, which is one way for rhd and the other for lhd, cant remember which is which though.

you'd think with all the gadgets on the range that there would be a menu setting for them to change.. ... - .- -.

I was wondering the same. Considering how integrated all the computers are, that isn't a crazy idea. |

as i'm only driving a few hours in darkness throughout the whole trip , i think i'll just stick some duck tape on the headlights to stop the dazzle, probably will look pants but its an easy solution.. ... - .- -.
