Did you find the source of this leak as I have a similar one on my 2008 TDV8.

Thanks for the reply. Is the pipe difficult to get at and replace - is this a job for a specialist dealer? |

I would prob say yes as its one piece & goes all down the passenger side then around the back & up the front of the drivers side.Rather a lot has to be stripped out the way but is well within the scope of any one who is mechanically minded. The clips that hold it on are very fiddly & if you are going to do it yourself I would get some spares as you will drop some & potentially loose them! They are only coppers & will save you hrs trying to locate them off the subframe etc.

Thanks for that - first thing is to see if the leak off pipe is the culprit so hope to have a go shortly. |

Yes, the leak is from the fuel return pipe on no. 1 injector - spotted it using an inspection camera.

Is the pipe junction just a push fit or is it secured by spring loaded pins?
