I have found some figures for the sc but are they going to be the same.

Having looked at my printout, the camber on one of the front wheels is out, it has +.45' of camber and is outside spec. I didnt have time for them to do all the adjustment today, but how do you adjust the camber?

Also i know i should have had it in tight tolerence mode but they didnt have the kit to do that. Im wondering if the error could be caused by not being in tt mode. It seems quite a way off the reading the other side which is -.59'

It has just had new suspension bits so is there anything i can look at to see what could be pushing ot off.... Big Cry There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Been burrowing into the online manual, can't see them in the rave I've downloaded.

Have found the sc figures of -0deg20' +\- 0.30'

Which would make sense, just wondering how the camber can be out?

Have now seen how to adjust it too, there is a special tool which adjusts the position of the top mount on the strut.

It looks however like it is in the right position however as the locating pin is still intact, which indicates that something is out or the chappie did not set up the hawk eye correctly.

Wonder about the tight tolerance though whether that would make a difference. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Thats it.

Thanks Stan. Looks like the front range would be -65' to +25', min is at +44' so is 19' out of toerance. Not a lot but will require looking at. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

I wonder how acurate the clinometer on an iphone is. As camber is the amount the top of the wheel leans in or out, i reckon i can double check it with a level and the clinometer on my phone........ Maybe.

Might be worth getting a second opinion, but the only other hawkeye is at quick fit in derby...... There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Ok So have just dropped in at Kwik fit (didn't let them near it with spanners) and to be honest they were great, and they didn't charge me for the check.

Brand new flashy alignment kit, with a display in the waiting room, which shows the specs and targets as well as a diagram of what is in and out.

again the back was fine and the front camber on the passenger side was slightly out, but didn't show by as much as the kit at F1.

should have thought and had an up and down play with the suspension before i put it on the ramp. anyway, instead of 0.39 on passenger side front it was 0.28. so only 0.03 out of tolerance range however the cross camber was out as one was +.28 and the other was -0.57 so over the 0.45 allowance.

Just to see we put the suspension up and down on the ramp and all the values changed slightly and the passenger side came into tolerance, just, albeit the cross measurement was still out.

Anyway its pretty close so no panic. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
