I've just spoken with LR customer service and they are looking into the software update for the L322 and should call me back within 48 hours. Very Happy

I will post again once I've heard from them.

What did they say?

Perhaps they meant 48 working hours Whistle letters not necessarily in the right order

You maybe right.

I spoke with LR today and there is no release date at the moment it's still in test.

They are going to call me in a week to give me an update.

Once I've heard from them I will post again. Vogue Se 4.4 TDV8

Just got back from the dealers in Carlisle, was meant to be getting the fix today but there's been a glitch in the software download from LR, so they haven't been able to do it. As a result the dealer has had to cancel a good few customer appointments, so they're not happy with LR at all (since it makes the Dealers look numpty's too).

Ah well, let's see what next week brings!!

They are telling you porkies. No fix is available yet. It's dealer speak for booking people in without knowing whether there is a fix ready. 2011 Vogue SE

I heard from my local dealer today. Apparently LR have released the software update now. So I'm booked for next Wednesday and will post once I've had it done. Vogue Se 4.4 TDV8

Well...this is weird.. Shocked

Ever since I took the FF in last Friday for the 'fix that didn't happen', I haven't had a single drop-out yet!! The Dealer had the car for a good hour and a half, and they had definately been in the electronics bay in the back of the RR, cos my stuff had been moved across the boot.
The TV is set to UK, so it's not like they've just done the USA temp fix, know that for a fact as have been watching TV on the Sat-Nav.
I had told them that it was an aftermarket Hybrid TV module that had come out of a MY2010 Range Rover Sport and had given them the tuner type number AH42 19C063 AH, so I wonder what's going on?? Question Question

The Dealer said they would be back in touch this week, so will wait to hear what they say Confused Confused Confused

Just been speaking with my local dealer as I was suspicious that the fix wouldn't be ready for my 3 Dec booking. I was right to check. STILL NOTHING AVAILABLE for L302.

Earth to nice man form JLR customer service. Please give us an update?? You were the one that said a couple of weeks, a couple of months ago....... 2011 Vogue SE

I've not had any drop-outs for the last two weeks, but the acid test will be tomorrow when I'll be driving from Cumbria to Brum (the home of our Full Fats!!). I will have travelled through a few different regions, so will be interesting to see if any drop-outs occur...I found out that the 4G service had been fully turned on in Cumbria two weeks ago...

could this be a coincidence?? Question Question Confused

Agreed - It's beyond a joke now.

The JLR bloke does need to make an appearance, although how much good it will do is debatable as he was pretty clueless.

I've switched my TV tuner back to UK last week and I'm not getting any drop outs any more, strange, I travel from a 3G only area to a 4G service area so it doesn't appear to be affected by that. 2021 P400 Silicon Silver AB
