Ok Guys I had my service with Guava Land Rover and he said that there is no actual fix by LR yet..apparently they tried something but it screwed up other things on some cars.
This supposedly affects all manufacturers cars which have TV's.
Guava have a list of customers who have reported this problem, which I am now on, and will tell me when a fix is available.
Since mine has a retrofit hybrid tv they say have taken a session file of my settings for testing prior to any fix.
No mention of cost.

As a side note I mentioned that I'm in 'a' forum and they gave me a 15% discount!
So worth mentioning!

Cheers
Andy

Update - my 2011 was booked in on Nov 7 for the software update but as has been said already, the update is ready for all (?) Land Rover products except L322. Guy Salmon called JLR today and have been told (for what its worth) that it will be ready "in a week or so". (which, based on this thread, is JLR speak for "we don't know") 2011 Vogue SE

Ridiculous. Absolute joke. Other vehicles I own with TV and DAB are not affected - LR must have known this issue would occur.

i dont claim to be an expert but as i understand it is that 4g and digital tv share the same old analogue tv frequency's...
at certain places in the uk the 4g transmission frequency will be close to the digital tv signal frequency and hence the possible drop outs on the fullfats audio/video system....
the majority of the rest of the uk has ample spacings between 4g and digital tv resulting in no problems. ... - .- -.

I've just spoken with LR customer service and they are looking into the software update for the L322 and should call me back within 48 hours. Very Happy

I will post again once I've heard from them. Vogue Se 4.4 TDV8
