this may not answer your exact question, but if you're buying from a dealer under the Approved Used, don't they have too fix and replace all missing parts with LR genuine ones...

NOt sure what system you have in yours, but mine has factory fitted rear screens with 2 x wireless headphones and 1 x remote (alpine brand) |

I have bought aftermarket infrared phones of Ebay US and they work fine (although I never use the RSE really). MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!

Silly question , but has he looked in the cubby hole in the boot right hand side .... or the pull down section of the back seat as behind that in some models there is a flap that you open up they might be in there ...

Don't lose the remote... I did... £100 ! Just replaced it this weekend Alcohol and eBay is never a good mix
