Is there a flasher unit? It says the LCM controls the indicators... Previously..

The info refers to the LCM but not the flasher unit

The LCM is the flasher unit. Very Happy Along with everything else it does.

About £350ish to replace with a new one and have coded to your vehicle.

Or £100 for a secondhand item, but you'll have a DOT next to the trip meter to show that something, or the mileage has been tampered with as the LCM isn't coded to your vehicle.
Apparently the unit can only be coded once.
I've heard of people trying to code them a second time the mileage from the the used LCM gets transfered to the donor vehicle.

When the indicator failed (R/H side rear stopped flashing when the lights were on) and i replaced it with a used LCM i kept the original as proof of a replacement and that the mileage hadn't been tampered with.
