United Kingdom 2011 Range Rover Autobiography TDV8 Java Black

Exactly the same happened here.

Radio keeps cutting off as if it is shutting down. Happened about 10 times on the way between London and Bristol.

Also sat nav completely froze.

Very strange. *Gone* Discovery3 HSE

Yeah guys, you haven't noticed yet, but we have detached the island you'r living on from the mainland Evil or Very Mad and petit François, our mighty socialist president is punishing you for not taking him serious. He is flipping the on and off switch every 30 sec and that takes all of his skills.

Same here - over past week every sound source does the same thing. A power down glitch, led flashes in the power button, short pause then sound comes back.

Weird that so many cars should be affected at the same time...?

I thought it might be a iPod lead but it happens regardless of what is playing....

if it was just the radio then you could blame it on atmospherics or solar flares but as the cd player also goes wacky then its defo a mystery.. ... - .- -.

It seems only to happen to the models from 2011 on, looking at your cars in the left corner.

my 2011 has started doing exactly the same in the last week or so
radoi goes silent, on off knob flashes two times , screen goes blank, all in about 1 second then goes back normal

my 'sensible' theory...the government wants all radio to go digital from 2015 so the BBC etc are adjusting and fine tuning the broadcast antennas to accommodate the increase in digital radio traffic and hence the disruptions...a bit like when TV went digital, there were localised problems then... ... - .- -.

could be a quirk of the fullfat unit..looses station and then thinks it needs to shut down, station comes back and the unit fires up again.. ... - .- -.
