United Kingdom 2004 Range Rover Vogue Td6 Zambezi Silver
Hi all new member

Hi all guys and girls I am just a new member on the site and just wanted to say I have posted a few questions up and hope to get some good help.
I will also help out where I can on posts.
I will be doing most if not all of the work on my car as I have a small garage and body shop
Not long had the car its a 54 reg RR L322 Td6 vogue one owner full history in silver
Just serviced it all filters and oil so I know its on new oil and filters
The torque convertors have been done and its on the new front diff
Just disabled the auto door locking at 5mph as it was a pest for me.
Just reset the SIA
Just put stainless side bars on looks great
Had the come on and reads no faults at all on the system so that's a great start.
Just a few bits I need to sort the air condenser has a pin hole in it to get fixed and re gassed up
A lower bush has a bit play so needs sorting
A minor oil cooler leak hope its the gasket as that's only about £3 hand don't look to bad to change out

SO ALL IN ALL HAPPY WITH WHAT I GAVE FOR THE CAR AND HOPE TO SORT IT AS I GO

Like I said the torque and oil have been done but I will do the diff oils at a later date just for my own piece of mind

Just had my TD 6 serviced, don't know if they changed the breather. Is it easy to see?

If you are mechanically minded then yes its easy job if not then no.
Best ask them if they changed it in the service if not do it.
The filter is not expensive or you can get a for life unit if you want to .
If not changed the filter clogs up and you start to get puffs of black smoke when you put yopur foot down and if left can lead to turbo failure so get it changed sooner than later.
