I've just removed my front drop links to see if they are causing the knocking (both new OEM parts in last 6 months) they're both fine & have no play. I went for a drive without the anti-roll bar drop-links and it's still knocking, so that rules out the anti roll bar and drop links. |

Another frustrating day.
Found out when trying to put everything back together, and couldn't get the track rod low enough to engage the new ball joint with the hub. So had to take it all apart again and re-fit the old inner. ![]() Finally, carefully reassembled alll the undertrays, replacing missing spire clips and screws so now all the undertrays are tight and rattle free. Knock still there. ![]() Ho hum. David |

I've just given up trying to solve this on mine ... turn the radio up loud enough and you don't hear it anymore ...

Currently in Charente Maritime and I also have a clonky front suspension. However, what seems worse is that when steering slightly right there is a vibration that has started to get worse, feels like it is part of the right front suspension, assume its a bush or track rod end. Any ideas?? Have 600 miles to drive back before I can get it checked :0( |
