2013 Range Rover Vogue SE SDV8 Santorini Black

Major delays in Rouen when we came down at the start of July - a multi month road closure because of major road works on 'Pont Mathilde' (Mathilde Bridge). The diversion is, quite frankly, a joke & we queued for ages.

Do a search and there are a number of references, but I'd give Rouen quite a wide berth if travelling at peak hours.

I've already booked an overnight stop in Rouen for the way home - non-refundable - so will plan to arrive late and leave early.

Rouen will be bad, the autoroute underpass is still closed, we travelled to normandie via tunnel and then across through le havre to avoid rouen only to get stuck in le havre at pont normandie. Terrible q.

I think if you plan ahead and work out a sufficient re route past the known badpoints you should mostly be ok, there was a workaround at le havre but with the van on i didnt want to risk getting sent down a dead end or narrow street, its happened to me before...... There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
