United Kingdom 2003 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Bonatti Grey

I put my 2003 FFRR through it's MOT today....It passed!
One advisory that the nearside anti-roll link is wearing, so I will be getting that sorted later this week. Very Happy

Andy

Sweden 2004 Range Rover Vogue Td6 Java Black
7000KM Sweden to Italy, over the alps and Splugen Pass

Took wife and two kids to Italy and back in our 2004 TD6 Vogue (150K km on the clock), came back with extra 55 bottles of wine and drove over the Splugen Pass. Excellent drive, perfectly level, handled the Splugen pass without a problem and a 1000km autobahn dash from southern Germany to Denmark in one day, fully laden Range Rover always perfect suspension, engine etc.

So if you look after your RR they are great cars, I have changed the transmission fluid three times (takes this to replace 98% of the old fluid) since I bought it (117K km 2 years ago), new pads and disks, and new rear, lower and upper bushings. Oil and filter changes every 8 to 12 months. Small stuff really.

United Kingdom 2004 Range Rover Vogue Td6 Oslo Blue

I changed my front letters to titanium ones, fitted my new SC grille with black and silver badge,
Fitted my new boot release button to stop my beer belly operating the other one all the time, change my vogue badge to titanium and the rear land rover badge to black and silver. Also won some triple slat side vents, painted them and fitted them this morning.

Waiting for my tailgate to be reprinted before I fit my rear titanium letters and boot trim.

I did my first decent journey i the Supercharged, to North Norfolk and back, a round trip of about 250 miles in all, a sublime experience, so quiet in the cruise, and when you need to quickly despatch an OAP, caravan or dawdler you can get by ever so rapidly and safely.

Trip computer shows my mpg has rocketed up to 18.3mpg Thumbs Up Discovery 4 HSE
