took the bumper off, only took 15minutes, i used a 10mm hose with a plastic reduction to fit the old hose, the right one worked fine but the left was kind of weak so i lengthened the right hand hose to the same length as the left one to even things out, now it works fine, i didnt want to remove the headlights cos they check the alignment when she goes back to the testing station tomorrow, and here in belgium theyre a bit fussy, as for the pump and bottle i cant see why you would need to change it 2002 td6 vogue, 06 supercharged facelift

hi, when i had my conversion they said it would be extra to have these working, around £260 as i would have to have a new bottle and hi-pressure pump. it was on my to do list just more at the bottom then the top...
so you when you took the bumper and was looking at the bottle how many pumps did it have..i think they have three, windscreen, rear screen and the old head light wash...is that right ...

yep 3 pumps, the headlights and rear wash er go around the front bumper carrier and the windscreen washers go through the engine bay , kinda weird that the rear goes so far instead of going through the engine bay, maybe its been changed for left hand drive ? 2002 td6 vogue, 06 supercharged facelift

thanks darren, i did have a quick look when i was changing my side lights for led's, you have to take the lights out to get to them due to the conversion, buy the way..3 screews for the grill and 3 for the head light, the adjuster is not removed so allingment remains ok as when you replace the light it clips back in to the adjuster..
