Pre cooling with FBH remote?

Hi guys,

is the FBH system connected to on screen controls for recirculating the air?
I mean: is it possible to start the "pre cooling" manual with the FBH remote (I know it just blows air without AC)?

The manual says only which mode the screen (timer) system will choose, depends on outside temperature.

I pushed the FBH button and nothing happened @ 25°C.

Hhhmmmm.

Regards,

Ive not tried this as the weather hasn't been hot enough to bother, but as I understand it, the FBH can only warm the cabin via the remote.

If you set the timer on the screen isn't that also the same thing? Cars that don't have the FBH but also have the timer function can be set to recirculate the air, but it won't use the air con as the engine needs to be running to make the pump work. Discovery 4 HSE
