Perfectly legal, provided you give him his branches back, apparently!

Correct it if overhangs into your property you have the right to cut down offending branches as long as you throw them back into your neighbours garden ..........

Strange but true ........ Mrs Titchmarsh told me ...... Thumbs Up ====================================

Yeah I heard that too. Annoying thing is, he said he was going to take the tree out completely 2 years ago as it's blocking the sunlight into his house on a morning. He also claims to be a keen gardener but his gardens are a right mess both front and back. He also has a big silver birch in his back garden which is overhanging out water fountains and we're forever picking out twigs and other Censored out of them.

Anyway, for the time being....

My previous neighbour asked if he could 'trim' a tree of mine while we were away on holiday. Got back and he'd cut it down!

Could ask him to glue it back together I suppose..... Wasn't really that arsed anyway. Maybe you should offer to 'trim' his?

By 'trim', do you mean wrap a rope round the tree and hook it up to the Rangie? 2006 Mercedes CLS

Scotland 2012 Range Rover Westminster TDV8 Orkney Grey

There are only two colours which are best for a Rangie:

  • The colour you have chosen and love it, OR
  • The colour of someone elses motor that you wish you had.

Mine is the former and it's Stornoway Grey. It even suits my 'other' 4x4 which I was towing last weekend after a visit to the Chatsworth Rally Show:

Each to their own of course. Thumbs Up The older I get, the more I realise that people confuse wrinkles for wisdom Smile

For me its burgundy (Alveston Red)/cream (Sand) - too much black, grey and silver around out there, be different. This is my ride Smile

My first L322 was this colour combination, and looked lovely.

I tried to find a supercharged in the later Buckingham when I was looking. Buckingham just didn't look as nice as the old Adriatic, and the interior of parchment/blue and mahogany looks so dated nowadays.

In 2002-2005 it did look nice though.

That is the one reason I went for Java with full Ivory and piano black inlays. It still looks bang up to date Thumbs Up Java with Ivory 2006 4.2 Supercharged. 23.5k miles - NOW SOLD!

Oh yes, I agree, but compared side to side with Ivory and piano, it does look a little dated. I think the blue dash top and carpets are very Rolls Royce Phantom circa 2003 - which in itself is no bad thing.

In my humble opinion of course Thumbs Up

I do admit that I still have a thing for the lighter wood LR used - you don't see it any more though. Java with Ivory 2006 4.2 Supercharged. 23.5k miles - NOW SOLD!
