I know that on my car the compressor would not start until I had done the steering recalibration.... Turn all the way left then all the way right. Previously..

yeah, I know. did that. Called the stealership and it might have to do something with a fault code from the trasfer box. Don''t know why but that is what they said. indy is gonna look into it tonight, otherwise it's off to the Stealership tomorrow... cars on the side;

I had a guy come in two weeks ago. A local garage had used a lesser diagnostic system in trying to calibrate the RLM. This caused the front LH airspring to explode. We connected with T4 and did the calibration routine several times to get it right.

20" rims. My left front also exploded. Replaced both front springs and after that they tried 3 differend computers on it but nothing worked. now its at the dealer who can also not log into the EAS ECU. so they say it needs to be replaced. Personally I don't think that is the cause but we will see tomorrow. cars on the side;

The 20" should calibrate fine with T4. It tends to be a problem because T4 will only calibrate on the standard sizes.

Probably a Snap-On Modus or something. You'd be better taking it to a dealership to do properly with T4. I've only experience with the Utrecht dealership, but they were pretty good at this sort of thing. |

Um, rim size shouldn't make any difference as long as the correct sized tyres are fitted, distance between hub centre and ground should be the same. Will of course depend on what measurements you take when calibrating
