Car keyed

As the title says, my pride and joy has been keyed whilst parked on my drive. I'm very pi55ed off but glad I didn't catch whoever did it at it. As I'd be in a police station now.

Keyed from front bumper across the side vent along the drivers door right to the back.
I'm sick of how people hate others having something they haven't.

I really hope detailing get this out Sad Evil or Very Mad

Thats a sh***y thing to happen, especially on your own drive.

I had the side of my car scratched all the way from bumper to boot by another car whilst parked on the street, they drove off without leaving any contact info.........£600........ Needed filler and paint. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

All too common these days. My son came home in his Abarth with bonnet and side keyed having parked in Bath car park. No excuse for this type of attack and I'm with you on self metered justice. In today's climate, any show of wealth and hard work is frowned on, Censored don't realise you were not given the car....
Sorry, rant over. Whistle

mother Censored ers thats just not cool
same problem seems to be spreading; in edinburgh both my Grandma's 1 series and my aunt's E class Estate have been keyed, also the Merc got booted in on the boot so hard that there was a three inch dent! This is why electric gates, (as cheshire as they can be: go for wood to avoid the cliche!), are a good security option.

What annoys me is peoples lack of knowledge on cars expense. Whilst this is still a range rover its a 2007 so not exactly something that says look at me i'm a millionaire. Regardless of this no one should touch anyone else's property. It's sickening that something I took around 2 years wanting, researching and saving for is quickly damaged by mindless tw@s.

I've only ever aspired to get things I see people have that I like. I'm also aware that some Range drivers don't help our cause and drive like idiots so i've made sure i'm polite, aware and always let people through then thank them like a good decent person would. I do this to give little or no reason for anyone to feel hate towards me.

Now its CCTV to be installed, gates (wooden) and a cost to remove the keying. Really upset by the whole thing! Not to much upset raging i'd say!!!

Big Cry

I have 5 CCTV cameras overlooking various parts of our property. All networked to 2 PCs and remotely accessible via any web browser over the internet. But then I do just love gadgets.

Have a look at the Logitec security gear, it's high quality, HD and very easy to set up and use.

crooked m where abouts are you situated? Is it a relatively salubrious neighbourhood? Because I reckon these things actually tend to happen more in smarter parts of the country, particularly where RRs are concerned, as people don't want to accidentally key the local crime lord's car in rougher areas!

I know your pain, I had paint stripper/ battery acid thrown all over my last car.. it was only a BMW! I've since moved from that area as the constant thought of vandalism/ idiots with green eyes was too much.. I am the nicest guy to everyone I meet, we never had any problems with the neighbours but yet this kind of thing happens..

It really makes me sick. Sorry for your beautiful car, this kind of crime is totally unjustified and the most frustrating. I hope someone on here can help you out, maybe with mates rates respray. Bushy
