The transmission cooler is separate but is still connected to the radiator as water passes through it, and is its own type of radiator in itself.

I wanted to get this done for my auto gearbox, I definitely think this is a good idea, don't see why anyone have any gearbox issues as a result of this procedure, that doesn't make any sense!

A lot of people on here and D3 mentioned getting this done by 4-Tech, Cambridge. Is this where you got this done ?
