Completed 'de Essexing' the old girl - only bit of chrome left on her now is the strip below the front bumper, dont mind it so much. Now a good looking highland lass, didnt need all the bling........ oh and fitted a new steering wheel which looks so much better than the old worn one, confession though - added chrome inserts to it as they do look much more up to date.

It sat on the drive all day Big Cry

Went out in my Volvo V70 with for sale signs all over it hoping someone would see it and want it but have a horrible feeling it is going to be hard work finding a buyer ..... damn shame as its a really reliable motor

Wonders if its worth putting on the classifieds on here .... then again maybe not a good idea but open to opinions as it has to go Big Cry

Well it's still on the driveway but I filled the air suspension reservoir and jacked the suspension up, then removed the fuel pump assembly and the secondary flit and pickup and gave the tank interior a quick wipe as it looked a bit gungy, possibly from sitting so long now! FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

Drove from Crail to Preston, superb motor for covering long distance in comfort. Only saw two new L405s both virtually at the same time going opposite directions on the M74. Range Rover Sport 2023 D350 Autobiography

Scotland 2014 Range Rover Vogue SDV6 Santorini Black

Turned left off the drive and drove my eldest son to football training in it...

Returned home 4 hours later (after first time 'flooring' the SC on a back road for but a few seconds/ omg it is powerful) to discover that some thieving gets had stolen expensive decorative trees (still in the Censored metal pots) from either side of our front door...

As my lovely wife says, 'Can't have anything!'

I cleaned mine. My new PolishedBliss water filter made rinsing and drying immeasurably easier.

Cleaned the inside as well and the very mucky door hinge areas. Looking far better.

Ordered a piano black gear lever. Si. <This is my name.

Found and successfully cleaned my auxiliary cooling system radiator of road crud. Then washed and applied DoDo Juice wax polish to the paintwork and RainX to the windows. Now the water just flies off gleaming surfaces. Happy days. 4.4 TDV8 Vogue Baltic Blue MY11
