I have a crack in my plastic lens on binnacle. I managed to source a second hand unit. I have managed to remove screen from replacement binnacle and it includes the dial surrounds after doing so. Has anyone done this before as after releasing 4 clips and 4 screws there is 4 plastic type screws that I had to break off in order to separate binnacle from dials etc. This wont affect fitment to existing unit but would like to be a little more tactful with existing binnacle. Is there a way of turning these in order to release without having to break them? Present :2008 TDV8 HSE

Maybe cut a small slot in them with a hacksaw and be gentle with a screw driver? Ideally if they look weak 2 slots that cross should be cut in and a phillips head screw driver used with flat end FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's
